Departures
Passengers must arrive early enough to insure driver has time to load your baggage in our enclosed trailer. Our trips are all prearranged and demand based. The drivers will leave at times indicated.

Baggage
Each passenger will be allowed a carry on and two pieces of luggage. Our small enclosed trailer should handle all the normal luggage for our passengers. If you will have more than the allowed amount or an unusually large piece, please call the Hoosier Shuttle office before the day of travel. Hoosier Shuttle is not responsible for any items left by passengers.

Pets
Please call the office to make special arrangements

Child Safety Seats
Safety seats for children must be provided by the adult traveling with the child. These safety seats must meet the standard safety requirements required by law and must be installed by the parent or legal guardian. Hoosier Shuttle will not be responsible for installation of safety seats.

Weather Delays
Hoosier Shuttle cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, road conditions or unforeseen mechanical problems. In the event of Snow or Ice emergencies or conditions that we deem hazardous, Hoosier Shuttle has the right to cancel a shuttle trip. If Hoosier Shuttle must cancel a trip, passengers will receive a refund or option to rebook on another available shuttle.

Airline Delays
If Hoosier Shuttle is scheduled to pick you up at the airport, it is your responsibility to retrieve your luggage and be at our shuttle pick up point. If your plane is delayed and forces you to miss your prearranged pickup time, please call the Hoosier Shuttle office immediately so we can check availability of another shuttle. Hoosier Shuttle cannot guarantee space on any other shuttle but the one you booked on; however, we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Cancellations
Reservations are not refundable – If your travel plans change, please contact our office within 48 hours in advance of your departure time and we would be more than happy to reserve you a space on a future shuttle.

Objectionable Persons (per State Guidelines)
Hoosier Shuttle reserves the right to refuse to transport any person under the influence of intoxicating liquors or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of himself or herself, or whose conduct is such or likely to be such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers, prospective passengers, or staff.
