Hoosier Shuttle Policies

🚐 Departures
To ensure a timely departure, please arrive early so our drivers can safely load your baggage into the enclosed trailer. All trips are prearranged and based on demand, and our drivers will depart at the scheduled times.

🧳 Baggage Allowance
Each passenger may bring one carry-on and two pieces of luggage. Our compact enclosed trailer typically accommodates standard luggage.
Bringing extra or oversized items? Call the Hoosier Shuttle office prior to your travel day to confirm space availability.
Note: We are not responsible for items left behind.

🐾 Traveling with Pets
Planning to bring a pet? Please call ahead to make special arrangements with our team.

👶 Child Safety Seats
Child safety seats must be provided and installed by the accompanying adult. All seats must meet legal safety standards. Hoosier Shuttle is not responsible for the installation of child restraints.

🌨️ Weather Delays
Delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen mechanical issues are outside our control.
If hazardous conditions (like snow or ice) require us to cancel a trip, passengers will receive a refund or the option to rebook on the next available shuttle.

✈️ Airline Delays
If we're picking you up at the airport, please retrieve your baggage and arrive at the designated shuttle location on time.
If your flight delay causes you to miss your scheduled pickup, call us immediately. We'll do our best to fit you onto another shuttle—but seating is not guaranteed outside your booked time.

❌ Cancellations
Reservations are non-refundable. If your plans change, contact us at least 48 hours before your departure, and we’ll gladly rebook you on a future shuttle.
